PIZZA making with Dr. Lisa, chiropractor & Nonna
Nonna’s recipe to make 6 pizzas:
1kg flour
21 grams dry yeast
625g lukewarm water
2 tablespoon sugar
2teaspoon salt
Add yeast and sugar to a few tablespoon warm water and let warm water and allow to froth up. May take 15minutes or so. Add salt to flour and slowly add yeast mixture to flour. Mix and kneed until soft and pliable. Rest for 2 hours approximately. Divide into 6 rounds. Allow to rest, cover with tea towel and prepare topping.
